Returns & Refunds Policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition with tags, dust bags, accessories and packaging.

Start a return

Email info@mohidgoods.shop with your order number and reason for return before sending an item. We will provide return instructions. Unauthorised returns may be delayed.

Return costs

Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns. We cover reasonable return costs when an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or materially different from its description.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Original standard delivery charges are refunded where required by UK consumer law.

Exclusions

Personalised items and items showing wear, damage, fragrance, staining or missing packaging cannot normally be accepted, except where statutory rights apply.

Cancellation rights

UK consumers may have a legal right to cancel qualifying distance purchases. Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights.
